Price Check Used L 35 price

I have been following this forum for awhile, trying to decide between a new and a used tractor. I am now looking at a used (1996) L 35 TLB, with 1300 hours on it. This is the second owner, who bought it from a rental company. Seems sound; good rubber on the back, so so on the front. No unusual dings and it runs good. Anyone give me a price range on this model (northern CA.)?

Maybe this will help.
We have three ... range in price from $19500. to $22500.
All are single operator tractors - not daily rental units and very tight and sound.
They range in hours from 300 to 1300.
