Used PT-425

Anyone have any info on the PT425 that is listed on the Power Trac website?
"Kohler, New Wheel Motors-54" Lift Height, 5 hours, Quick Attach" No price. I thought the new wheel motors and 54" lift was added after the change to the Robin engine? Power trac must have rebuilt/refurbished it. I wonder if there is a warranty? Anyone have an opinion as to value? I may call Tazwell Tuesday. Monday is a holiday.

The last run of the Kohler engine 425 units had the higher lift and new wheel motors (mine has these and was purchased in Sept. of 2003). WOW, only 5 hours? wonder why it was sold.

 Mine too! Purchased in February 2004!

Still trying to determine if the change to Robin was an improvement! It would be nice if the buyer had a choice among Kohler, Honda, Robin, or Kawasaki, like they do on some ZTR mowers!

The current 425 has a 60" lift height. Mine will just dump over the side of my old Toyota 4X4 pickup. The 54" lift would be less useful for me.

Find out if the new wheel motors are the new style with higher torque. On some of my slopes, the old style ones wouldn't make it.

bet it is refurbished, anf the 5 hours refers to 5 hours on a new engine.

The "new toy" experience has gotta take you to at least 20 hours in the first couple of weeks...
