Thats probably good advise about running only on 540. I have called the NH dealers. I was able to get a part number but it is obsolete. I've tried a couple of diffrent dealers, so far, nobody seems to be able to find much.

I googled for things like snowblower salvage yard, etc etc with no obvious luck, but there's a fellow on Ebay with a Ford 715 snowblower spout for auction. One never knows- an email might find out that he has the rest of one sitting around he'd like to part out, too... :) If that didn't work, try taking the part to a good local machine shop. Rotating stuff is tricky sometimes. It's gotta be good and straight when they're done. Having the blower there to try it out on after it's fixed might save a trip or two back.

Well if you go here:

West Hills Tractor - New Holland & Case IH

and click on New Holland Online Parts Catalog and for model type in 715-series it pulls up some parts diagrams for a snowblower.... might even be yours :D

Whether or not the parts are actually available might be another story.

Sorry, I've been really busy and sort of forgot about the thread.

I was not able to find replacement parts anywhere, and I tried all the great ideas that were suggested here. I was able to get the blower welded back together and so far its worked great. As soon as I had the blower fixed up and ready to go it basically stopped snowing. Some would say that means it is working perfectly :) Actually, I've used the blower quite a bit mostly on the older snow pack. After the welding I replaced all the grade 5 shear pins with grade 2's and bought a box of them. I've replaced many, many pins but the welds are holding strong (knock on wood) and I'm not going back to grade 5.

At times I wish I had a few more hp 16 HP when cutting through 2+ feet of hard snow pack but as long as I go slow it will go through anything. I had drifts higher then the ROPS If I backed in about 4' pulled out and backed in again, and again (and again sometimes) the blower would eat through anything. It was pretty cool to open up and widen driveways after my neighbors with their L series and larger gave up.

I've got a few improvements I'd like to make over the summer if time allows (like a poor mans cab). But overall I'm very pleased with the performance. The rear blade and bucket have their place but for deep heavy snow a blower is the only way to go.

855idiot thanks for reminding me to post back and thank everyone for their reply's I really do appreciate all the good input.

heres a pic of my ford blower, parts are available but not from ford my ford dealer buys them from a company that buys up all the new old stock and outdated parts from ford, the reason the blower throws short on the 3pt is that these were made for front and rear mount,so the dealer tells me, mine throws ten ft or more you have to make sure your running at the correct rpms,i have a fairly good parts manual if you need numbers,i added a power window motor and a linear actuator to control the chute, got everything from surplus center, works great, got the blower off ebay 2 years ago in the crate new for 550.00

Mine is a 19 BV9127, looks identical. I tried calling a number of dealers as well as tractor salvage yards, without sucess. I was able to download the "exploded" views of the blower from the ford website so I've got the part numbers, just lacking a connection that can find the parts. IF your dealer has a connection thats great, would you mind sharing their contact info?

I also really like your automatic shoot controls, I'm thinking of doing something similar over the summer, at least to rotate the shoot. I thought about electric but wasn't sure how it would work. After seeing your setup I think I'll look into it a little more, thanks. I wouldn't have thought getting off the tractor and doing it manually would be such a problem but it I find you have to rotate the shoot a lot more then I ever had to turn the blade when plowing snow.
