Price Check Used TC 45 Pricing

Hello all. A friend called me tonight concerning a TC45 that his neighbor is selling. Specifics: 2 yrs old, 92 hrs, shuttle shift manuel transmission, 2 WD, AG tires on back that have been loaded with water and antifreeze. Looks as new. Asking price $10,500. No attachments. I've got 10 flat pastured acres to bush hog. Would eventually want to add a FEL to help in cleaning up and clearing some parts of my property. Is $10,500 w/o any attachments worth me driving to look. Thanks.

The price I got on a TC45 before I bought my TN60 was $15300 with ag tires 8X8 trans and onen rear remote so I would have to say that sounds like a pretty good deal. In my opinion 90+ hours isn't even broke in yet. I have 68 on my TN60 now and if I could have saved $5K buying it with 100 hours I would have. Mine came off lease with 48 hours and I saved $2500 and I thought I came out smelling like a rose.

Don't walk! Run (hop?) to buy that tractor before the owner comes to his senses and raises his price. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

When you get ready to add the FEL, take that tractor and trade it in on a 4WD tractor. In the end, you'll come out better. I would not put a FEL on a 2WD CUT. It would have to be a TN or larger. A 2WD CUT is not a loader tractor.
