I was at walmart buying some pressure washer syphon cleaner fluid, and some engine degreaser. i decided to save money and not buy the 2.97 gunk foamy engine bright, and instead bought walmart engine foamy stuff for 1.17.. it is about as good as hand soap.. or maybee not even as good... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Thanks, can't beat that foaming gunk, not to good for the environment though, ( assuming like me, you don't reclaim it) so I try to use Simple Green on the lighter general cleaning stuff and save the big guns to use on the real crud.
For quick cleaning of small parts with no residue I use brake cleaner, probably the worst for the enviro, but cleans great, they have an enviro friendly brake cleaner but of course it doesn't work as good.

Yep.. some things you can get away with as you are just buying a name.. but on other things.. there is a deffinate quality issue!

Well you can also but a 2.97 can of gumout brand carb cleaner for 3$ or the 96 cent generic can of carb cleaner from walmart. I love the cheap walmart carb cleaner. I buy it a few cans at a time, great for washing stuff off your hands and cleaning the driveway of drips.

I did grab a can of that and will let you know how it works for me tomorrow.
