Sorry. I know this has been gone over before, but I can't get my user picture uploaded.
I wanted to add/replace my user picture (a copy of the new is attached) but keep getting the error message included below.
Can someone please advise on what I'm doing wrong?
Path I'm taking:
My home
Edit: Personal information, email, password, etc.
Point to the new picture via browse in the "upload your picture" section.
There is a value in the "URL to your picture" section. I've tried uploading with the value left there as well as removing. Value is http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/userpictures/13583.jpg
Then I get the error.
Warning: copy(/home/tractorb/tractorbynet.com/htdocs/forums/userpictures/13583.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/tractorb/htdocs/forums/changebasic.php on line 216
