Does your relief valve activate when you try to use the bucket?
If it does, that is an indication that the bucket hoses are not passing fluid.
If you have a hyd gage in the hyd system, the gage will read high pressure when you operate the lever for bucket.
Most probable cause is a damaged QD.
Positive fix is to get new QD's, or remove the QD's and use a hyd female pipe coupling. Much cheaper.
Female Pipe Coupling (NPTF)
It is easy to test a QD by removing the QD half from the bucket side and then connect the male and female QD together and put in bucket and active the lever. If the QD passes fluid, then it is good.
Just by disconnecting and reconnecting will fix most problems,
