"PEACE ON EARTH TO MEN OF GOOD WILL--ALL OTHERS, STAND BY"

I spent my time in the Navy in the submarine service. We called anything that floats a "target". This is "one heck of a target".

Well met, Bob! I served as the corpsman aboard Gurnard in the mid 80s (ICEX 84) and was constantly amazed at how utterly open to attack the surface fleet was! All that ASW stuff was just a nuisance; if they ever found us it was blind luck on their part. Thank goodness the other side didn't have boats as good as ours!
