I'm thinking of selling my 2006 BX 24 TLB. It has 500 hours. It runs well but the trans-axle assembly leaks oil. Also, the seat pan is plastic and is cracked.

What would be a plausible range of value in the Massachusetts/New England area?

Check tractorhouse website and insert your zip code.

Check CL marketplace, ignore the scammers. Easy to spot the fake Kubotas for $1,500 LOL. Lots of people selling tractors there. Compare your machine to theirs and look for a price. Given a lot of manufactures lead times your machine might fetch a premium at a time like this.

Another option is to call a dealer and ask how much they would offer you. Not that you're selling to them, just want to compare prices.

Fixing the major issue(s) will obviously expand the audience being a 'clean' machine, return a higher price, and maybe faster sale, but you'll have to decide if it is worth the time and cost to do so.

I recently bought my 2009 BX25 off the side of the road, old school. It seems silly in this day to put a for sale sign on it and park it near the road, but you never know.
