Value of a L3710GST

I'm very new to tractors.
I'm looking at a 1999 L3710GST
It has FEL, Sicle (sp) mower, Plow that goes on the bucket
hook-up, and a 4000kg Timber winch made in Denmark.
all with a trailer and 145 hours and just serviced.
What this worth?
The owner wants me to make an offer.

Without more info I would say around 14K + or -.

What should I be looking for?
The trailer is band new with brakes and is rated
for 8000 lbs. It looks like it should handle the tractor
no problem. The tires look new with very spiked chains.
The whole thing looks like it has had very little use.
I will start there and see what happens, I think he expecting more.
