Value of a used 2002 M60 Tank?

I have the opportunity to purchase a 2002 Cub Cadet Commercial M60 Tank 23HP-Kawasaki. It has 149 hours on it and looks to be well maintained. Runs good. Has some minor black paint wearing off in a few areas. Was stored outside under a car port.

What would be a fair asking price for this model?

Wow! That's some mower.
I did a search and a new one with the 25 hp kawasaki lists at $7,200.00.
Don't know what the depreciation is, but that doesn't seem like a lot of hours for a good unit.

Yes, it is a monster! My friend who is selling it said he would take it to the dealer for a full service and pay for any repairs it may need, plus put in a new battery and brand new mower blades. He is offering it to me for $3,500 and delivering it to my house. Seems like a good deal. Might be a little under powered since the new ones come with a 25HP or larger engine, but for what I need to do with it, it should do fine.

That's exactly what a Cub Cadet dealer told me!!!! I'm starting to get a warm fuzzy feeling now...ahhhh.
