Value of L3010

I am looking at a 2000 L3010 with loader and backhoe (8 ft I think, it was the largest Kubota would put on the tractor) it has 900 hours, only issue is the HST will not go in low range suspected bent shifting fork as it was hard to get into low and then stopped a few years back. The price of 11K reasonable?
Also has anyone use this model with backhoe and if so did you like it. I will be using it for residential use/landscaping of a virgin lot. I do not have a chance to use/test the backhoe as the ground is frozen here.

A local Kubota dealer has a 2001 Kubota L3010F. It is a 2001 with around 300 hundred hours, 2wd, shuttle shift.It is very clean and appears to be well maintained.The dealer is asking $6900.00. Is this a good price? Anybody have any
comments about this model Kubota?

For reference I paid $11.5K last April for my ~250 hour ride, as pictured and in my sig. INCLUDING trailer, box blade, FEL, and a whole bunch of chains and binders (cost of chains and binders can add up!). And it had just had a 200 hour tuneup.

That 2001 seems old and the price seems high.
