Value of my 2005 NH Boomer TC33DA

Due to my wife's illness we need to sell our hobby farm and move to a location more friendly for her care. As such, I need to sell my beloved tractor, but I have absolutely no idea of the value of same.

Here are the specs:
2005 NH Boomer TC33DA with Hydrostatic transmission and SuperSteer
NH 15LA Front Loader with 60" Bucket
NH 914A 72" MM Mowing Deck
Bush Hog RZ60
Everything was purchased new at the same time. The tractor has 176 hours on it, was always kept in garage and is in excellent condition.

Any suggestions of what I should ask for this package will be greatly appreciated, as will be any suggestions as to how I may best sell same.

The dealer gave me $16k for my 1999 TC33D supersteer, 7308 loader w/HD bucket, 72" 914a MMM, turf tires, 550hrs. It too was always kept inside and very nice shape. Which tires do you have?
