I have gone through each one of them and felt it was the right thing to do so I would know what I have.
One really needed just a good cleaning, lube, tires and deck boards...
The bearings checked out fine and had the kids paint it with a brush after I power-washed.
As long as it is not rusted or the axles submerged it might be a very cost effective way to get what you want.
