Hey guys.
I'm looking for a rough estimate of what I should expect to pay for a used chipper with hydraulic feed.
I want something like a valby ch150 or wallenstein bx62r. I certainly want the hydraulic feed and I know that really ups the price. I would like to find a used chipper in good shape with not a ton of use on it (i. e. something owned by a homeowner and not commercial business).
I'd like it to have similar specs, reputation, build quality, and capabilities as the models mentioned. Id like it to be cat 1 and cat 2.
What price range should I expect to pay for something like this? Is there a general rule of thumb for value such as, 60% of original price paid or something?
If you e bought a used chipper with hydro feed and don't mind posting the price paid then it would be helpful.
Thanks guys.
