Thanks to you both VictorW and dfkrug. I hadn't realized that the tractor had the lever installed. I thought that it went into the area just beside the yellow handle and that when the hoe was installed with the rear remotes it was overlooked. Everything seems to be great and the pressure is not at the max any longer.
At each end of the hoe hoses from the remotes there are two nearly identical identical hoses. Both the hoses from the hoe are male, while the rear remotes have female quick connects. Before I switched the lever to the neutral position it was in the "B" position. Is there a way to know which of the two hoses from the hoe should go to the top of the rear remotes and the other to the bottom? Unfortunately I wasn't clever enough to identify them with a paint marker prior to disassembly. I have a couple pictures and I will review to see if there is enough detail to determine with any certainty.
Great advice for "Do NOT operate the hoe with the valve detented in the wrong position. That reverses the
flow thru the hoe and will damage the hoe's valves." I thought that being able to reverse the flow would be a saving grace. I'll do a little digging and see what I come up with.
Again thank you both.
