Need some help!! I have a post driver/post pounder, it is on a SS Q/A mount and currently is connected to my Skid steer. It runs a single acting cylinder...lifts up the weight, and move the lever the other way and it drops it. This valve is leaking, slowly. It appears to be leaking out the back, where the little plastic(?) piece is. Would there be a replaceable O-ring there? I realize there are tons of types of these valves/spools... anyone know what it’s called? I have a scissor lift that I’d like to run off my machines hydraulics, instead of batteries... would be awesome to put a similar valve on.

Probably a quad ring as opposed to an O ring, least ways any valve I've had apart is, not saying they're all the same :)...........Mike

Carefully remove the screws holding the cover on. Depending on how the valve is made there could be an O-ring held in place by this cover or you might have to pull the spool part way out of the valve body to remove the O-ring. You won't know until you take it apart. All we can do is guess by looking at the pictures.
