By the looks of that valve there's a good chance you could get something put in wrong. It's certainly not the simple two spool loader type valve we commonly see. I can't tell much about it from the single view but I don't see anything familiar about it. Maybe one of the smarter guys here will know what it is.

Was the problem there before you rebuilt it or after?

It has 2 actuator spools , and the centre regulator valve. It’s an open system. It had some leaking issues so I tore it down and put a new seal kit in it. The brand is Alo /quicke. Case/IH and Kubota have used these loaders over the years. Maybe I missed something. I will go through it again . Maybe someone will have some tips. Thanks again !

do you have the hydraulic schematic for that valve? The regulator valve does not look like a standard relief valve so curious if there could be some ”extra” feature in that valve that we are missing. Not sure if possibly Some form of pilot operated feature that may have a small pilot orifice plugged or some particle trapped on the pilot seat.

I presume power beyond option since you mention connected three lines. Is the power beyond plug installed correctly or could it be allowing the flow to go back to tank?

is there another schematic that shows what pump B line A for the three point connects to?
Schematic you provided looks like steering, PTO and transmission circuit not loader circuit.

I’d like to cut the valve out completely, until I can determine the issue with it . My 3 point hitch is still in working order .. just changed my filters for good measure .

I suspect that there is a load sense passage in that valve assembly that is either plugged or being bled off preventing the regulator spool from closing.

I believe that reading through the different operating sequences there should be a signal pilot line from the loader spools to the compensator. The compensator makes the loader spool pressure compensated for much improved loader movement under varying load conditions.

This is based on image 9806 in post 13. The purple is pilot or load signal. Without that signal you will get minimal pressure for loader functions.

How do I clean it out ?? I’ve put some air to it . Varsol tank ?

Without knowing where the passage is it is hard to say how to clean it. Could be a small orifice in the spool, orifice someplace in the casting. Possible even more than one orifice. These could be very small like 0.4- 0.5 mm or 0.015 - 0.020 inch.

Like you I would try air and if have access possibly ultrasonic cleaner. I have had limited exposure to ultrasonic but it seems to work.

There could also be a couple of small check valves or a shuttle valve in that load pilot sense line. If they are nit seating they could also cause the compensator to not close.

If you try lifting and curling at same time does loader work?
