Valve stem will not let air out?

I wanted to let some air out of my rear tires which have a stop leak in them from the dealer, not sure what kind. Checked air pressure first and nothing pressed the valve nothing? I'm guessing that the stop leak stuff has screwed up the valve so I'm thinking unscrew the valve and real quick put in a new one or suggestions?

I agree, Remove the valve core and replace it. Once removed you may have to stick a piece of wire through the hole to clear the stop leak. Seems like the stop leak has sealed over the fill port.

just blow some air into it to clear the valve. 90% of the time that fill fix it. if not, jack that side up, then remove the core carefully, and then poke something int here to make sur ethe stem is not loaded full, then replace the core.

It is always good to inflate a bit first so your pressure gauge does not get filled with crud. I keep forgetting for some reason.
