Ventrac Customer Service

Has anyone had a bad experience with Ventrac customer experience? I have called, left VM, and emailed them without a response. I'm really surprised and just wondering if it is just me?

I don't have one. But I have requested a demo 3 times through their website and never heard back. Nothing. Those requests were over about the last 4 years after moving home to the neglected family property. Seems like they don't want my business. I went with Kubota. Excavator and tractor and later a Kioti cabbed tractor.

Does "customer" imply that you own a Ventrac and are trying to get info/help with a problem? In that situation I've never had an issue. In the seven years that I've owned mine I've emailed "service@ventrac.com" 6-12 times and have always received a response within 48 hours (usually within 24 hrs). The last time that I contacted them was 14 months ago.

The Toro Company completed its acquisition of Venture Products, Inc., the manufacturer of Ventrac products, in early 2020. Ventrac is now a brand under The Toro Company's family of brands.

I know Covid caused many disruptions and reorganizations of businesses, so I'm not sure what had the biggest impact.

Customer service is expensive.

Have you been trying to contact Ventrac Headquarters, or a dealer? I have always dealt with a Ventrac dealer, J&R Sheds and Equipment in Churchville, Maryland, which has been very responsive.
