Veteran Member, I\'m not sure that\'s a good thing!!

Just got to 500 posts, and I'm still a novice. I think, that maybe I'll start with another username like BobT did. It seem like yesterday, when I start posting here. I would like to thank a few people for their help. Bird, Harv, MikePa, Hazmat, WHarv, RoyJackson, JohnMiller, banjobj, Golfgar4, Thomas, and of course Muhammad. (Sorry I know I probably missed someone.) This is one great place. I feel like king for a day. Thanks

Don't feel bad, I just hit 1000 post, and I'm just getting into the swing of things./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif One thing I learned was with out the newer, inexperanced guys, the old pros can't help anyone. So don't feel bad, and hang in there.

Don't confuse your membership standing with tractor experience. Heck, you have more hours in the seat than I do, but here you are thanking me, among others, for somehow helping you.

We're all helping each other in one way or another. We learn as much from the questions as we do the answers.

PS I had the wrong order for the reassembly of the MMM /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif. Do the Rear first then the Front much much easier.

I know just what you mean. It seems like it wasn't that long ago I hit 500 posts and I couldn't believe it (I just looked and now it's over 1,000 /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif). I remember commenting at the time that it just went to show there are two ways to achieve Veteran Member status.

One was by having a wealth of knowledge and sharing it with everyone here. The other was my method-asking tons of questions then needing clarifcation on most of the excellent answers I received. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I believe it was WHarv who commented that it took a lot to ask those questions so everyone could learn from them. Whether or not that's true, it sure made me feel better. /w3tcompact/icons/clever.gif

Congratulations on your 500th post and here's to the next 500 (they add up quicker than you think /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif).

Wow, I'm humbled by your responses. My real purpose for my post was to reflect on the great discussions that I've been involved with. I really am grateful for all the help, and wonderful people here. I mentioned a few, but as I realized, when I saw S1120's post, I did forget some great people also. I'm just happy for a place, where I can ask questions, and have quality people answer them. I agree with you 100 percent. Garry has been a great source of fun, and most time information on this forum. I think he knows that I'm grateful 20 times over for everything that he's done here. Even though he still doesn't have a tractor. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
