I was sent this url for a video from someone in my Corvette club. I found it interesting. I doubt it is a blanket indictment of the industry but there are bad apples in every barrel.

I have no personal knowledge of this as I always do my own work. I wonder why I do, NOT.

Its sad but true.... I've seen it in dealers too.... When the cheapest labor you can find is set up on a pay system that benefits them for upselling extras and the speed at which they can get them done.. Kinda makes sense in a sick way... I still use these types of places(actually tire stores) to do my oil change and rotates(free) but will either do(myself) or watch them do a trans flush or change and filters if needed.. Dont trust anyone with your money...

You certainly get what you pay for (or maybe less...).

So... I'm wondering whent he lawsuits will start.. After all.. it's pretty apparent that jiffy lube was out right defrauding customers...
