Hi all,

Got 5" of snow here today and a virgin run for the tc-30 and the rear mounted snowblower. Looking back on today's events and I did look back alot /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif it went rather well. Here are some pics of the days events... I did have fun /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nice job!! How did the R-4's do in the snow? Didn't look like you had chains on them.

The R-4's did well, no problems at all in the snow so far,just kept her in 4w drive. As far as looking like a snowman, I just kept on the other side of the 10mph wind. One thing I have to be more aware of is frostbite, I can see how you could easily get it having too much fun, had to pry myself off once to warm up.

Great shots.... There is a little of wisconsin in ny. Most call this work, I call it relaxation. This is the best part of winter. I usually plow before it gets done snowing so I just HAVE to do it again. I built on a steep hill and in the process of getting front chains for the 45. This will control the pointing and maybe a little sliding. There is also a 1/4 to 1/2 inch of ice to deal with.

I'm jealous, I've been waiting for a month and still not enough measurable snow to play in. I got a set of rear chains for my TC 30 for Christmas and nothing. Three major storms have just missed my area. My wife's family in Lousiville even got a large snow storm. I give up.
