You need to find a hand cranked duster. They have straps that go over your shoulder and a 3-4 foot long metal tube that the dust comes out of. You can put something like, I would guess about 15-20 lbs. of dust in the bin. I don't know where you can buy them any more, we use to use them for dusting acres of strawberries.

Part of my problem is that they are all within 30" high, 4" diameter gro tubes.
I guess I could remove each tube, dust them, then gingerly replace each tube...

That looks ;ile a possibility or maybe I can devise something similar. Right now I'm just sprinkling dust in the top and shaking the grow tubes....
