Well a horse ate my arm rest,

They also eat leather bridle reins. I still remember the wippin' I got for leaving my bridle out. Also, one of our calves would eat our horses tails half way up. My male ferret ate the TV/VCR button off of my remote. .......and my favorite.........my Daddy can beat your Daddy up.

Good luck with the seat repair. I was going to suggest super glue. Pets??? We agreed to keep our nieces dog for awhile (a Jack Russell). He got in the house, marked (peed on) my daughters new computer (one of the floor tower type). It was still under warranty. When you turned it on, said something about hard drive needed attention. They just exchanged it, no questions asked, no information volunteered.

Have you seen this product? "fixmytear". It's a repair tape which sticks very well to vinyl, canvas, rubber, leather and most other surfaces. Apply it to both sides if you can for extra strength. Absolutely life saving tape.

Have you used it on a seat surface? - Do the edges peel up? Does it creep? Is the bond stable in warm/hot and cold conditions? How long does it last and can it be cleanly removed to successively renew the repair?
