We have finally moved into the house. Still a lot left to do. I have been wiring the shop. I went with LED Lighting. Just hooking them up with an extension cord has impressed me with the light they put out. It was great to see there is no lag on start up and no heat generated. If they last as long as promoted, they are worth every penny.
I think next week I should be able to share some costs on the complete project.

Thanks for the update -- I was just wondering the other day how things were going. Did you have a "fun" time moving in?

I remember moving into the new house and being **** about muddy shoes. It seemed everything outside was muddy for months.

Still an ongoing process. Combining the contents of 2 houses and mulitple garages into one location. If I had known that my wife really was not using any of our old antiques, I could have saved myself a lot of effort storing all this junk. I have found out that either the kids don't want it or cannot use it. It will be hitting craigs list for pennies on the dollar!!! Also one of my kids moved 3 days later and had to live with us the night after we moved in. Nothing has been easy. It has been worth it. Thanks

The concrete has been the ticket. Wife even agrees. Thanks

Figured I would update my post. Added to the garage with sheds on both sides.
2018 24 x 48 It has really come in handy. Parties, Boat Storage, Car Projects and just hanging out.

I consider this a continuation of the original project.

2 x 4 on the perpendicular 1 x 6 gives a nice straight edge.
Seemed like a solid 5" pour.

Cannot have enough concrete.

A little short on my pour. Fixed it the next day.

2020 The last shed on the opposite side. 16 x 24 and tall enough for my boat.

No Concrete only gravel.

One man band on this build. Tractor raised the 12'? x 24' and then a portable winch to get it close and then I had to center and level it. As my oldest son said later. I will beat you if you ever do something that stupid again by yourself.
