Wafer Board or Plywood?

If it can be seen in the final job, I will not use OSB. Personally I think it just looks too cheap. I remember when plywood became popular. We all thought, what junk. And then OSB. Eeee!

If I look up at the underside of the roofs of various of my buildings, the plywood looks quite attractive.

I wish I could remember where I found that holder, I've had it for many years. I want to say Sherwin Williams but maybe Home Depot, it looks like Home Depot orange. Originally it held the blue shop towels but the Costco paper towels are the ticket for me now. I really like the half sheets.
