Wagon wheels

I need some help guys. I have a hay wagon with 4 rusted out rims. Currently the rims have used (and dry rotted) truck tires with tubes. I need to replace them all. The problem is that I know nothing about implement wheels. I have determined the rims are 15 diameter, 6 hole, 6" bolt circle, and the hub is 4 5/8". However I don't know what I don't know....

Questions I have:
Are the tires supposed to take tubes or will new rims run tubeless?

Can I use truck tires again on new Ag rims?

What else do I need to know?

The new rims can run tube or tubeless. I would run truck rims and tires. Just check the load rating of the tires. Painted steel rims are fairly cheap and should be able to get them with the same bolt pattern. 15" is a common size.

You can run either one on a hay wagon. To my knowledge, which might not be the best, but I've always figured tubes are more so to fit tires rather than rims. But I do understand what your talking about. You may contact Shoup. You can also visit their website. They have everything for wagon wheels from the hubs, spindles, and rims to the tires you want to put on them. And I've found their price seems fair as well. Just my opinion, but I hope you find some. Restoreing an old wagon can be a fun project.

We run truck tires and rims, have a couple that take ford 5 bolt truck rims and a couple ford 8 bolt, old truck tires and rims are easy to find since scrap yards don't want tires on vehicles. I think chevy 6 bolt truck wheels are 5.5" centers though, the 6x6 pattern may be harder to find.
