In Ky we call Monday or Tuesday the early part of the week, not Friday.:laughing: You should get first service free or something for your long wait no matter who's fault it was because you KNOW it wasn't your fault. The dealer owes you something and you shouldn't have to ask for it. Maybe they gave you something and you haven't told it.
