All my plans went out the window when it rained for about five months straight here. I had lots of plans, but didn't really accomplish very much this year at all.
Luckily my parents showed up early this summer and they were able to do quite a bit on the land. They were able to clean up a two-three acre area of debri from last years land clearing, plus open up the roads that are in place and add a few new ones. That was a huge accomplishment and one that I'd really wanted to get done myself.
My goals for the year was to clear up those messes, which got done.
Put in the rest of the vinyl three rail fencing that I had on hand and build another street light. I accomplished that.
Then to build a gazebo for my hot tub, which I'm still working on, but don't really know when I'll finish.
Build my storage shed next to the house. I marked the corners, but that's all I've done.
Build an 8 sideded gazebo next to my small pond. I did the dirwork, drilled the holes for my footings and set two corners. Doubt I'll get anymore done this year on it.
Finish off one of my outside bathrooms for guests to use so they don't have to come inside. I cleared out the stuff I had stored in there, but haven't even planned out what I need or where it's going to go.
And of course a few dozen small things that need to get done, but never see to happen. It's an endless list that's growing faster then I can cross off what needs to be done. hahaha
