Problem with lawn dumping is that it may/will be in contravention to the local bylaws in almost all places.

In CT and MA, if you get caught dumping human waste in any place other than a approved disposal facility, you have a better than even chance of going to jail for a year or two. Illegal human feces dumping is considered a more major risk to human health than most other hazardous waste spills.

Welcomed to the great state of Mississippi. Most of the the laws here vary because of the pure sand under most of this county. the local laws say that its legal to dump any non chemical waste on soils that arent to be used for the raising of food or animal feed. Now if it was from the portable toilets they service it has to be taken 30 miles away to a local treatment plant. The next town over has a sewage pond but the town keeps it locked off and rarely do let contractors dump here. Down south a bit they have more clay and gumbo on the top so they require different waste laws.
