Reminded me of the Gravely 2-wheel tractor/mower, with the wheels inline instead of side by side. Remove the mowers and you would have the same design.

I sure wouldn't want to be on it when that black iron pipe folded up. A-53 pipe is not strong enough to keep from bending and using 90 ells and 45 ells that look to be threaded is a no no also.
