warm up time for jd 3020 ?

The fluid and filters were changed by the JD dealer when I bought the tractor. I have since put 124 hours on it in the 10 years I have owned it.

10 years with no fluid change????? Serious? Change everything.

I might change to A thinner oil or ATF. It sounds like you may have a weak pump or other problem.

ATF should only be used where it is prescribed. In other machines it will eat away copper synchromesh rings, seals etcetera.
It is just corrosive as sh*t and you're asking for trouble if you use it where it shouldnt.

The tractor being used 126 hrs in 10 years, wore as much as my tractor running 300 hrs per year.
Oil should be refreshed every year because it absorbs moisture and breaks down. The oil in your rear end (uhh.. sorry your tractors rear end) probably looks like butter milk now....
