Just remember this thing is going to go off every time you turn the key on to start it. Just keep that in mind before you hook the air horns up to it.

The system would need a starting time delay for oil pressure to avoid the air horn blast.

I will add my words… a low pressure sw for the oil and a low temp sw for the water can be added at the OEM location for each type of reading in the block.
Run a 12v feed line from the battery to the pressure/Temp Sw’s and to high output LEDs as stated.
Mount the LED in a small panel and put them in the BH Control Panel or mounted to it.
Yes they will light up when the key is turned on as stated and will go off as soon as the low pressure/temp sw’s value are reached.
Only special things needed would be the High output warning light(s) and the sw’s. wiring can be small ga (18-20) automotive wire (not the Home Depot kind - get it from a marine based electrical supply or something like that).

A warning buzzer is nice if the engine isn’t running at high rpms but if it is then you may not here the buzzer and the LED Lamps are not as annoying as the buzzer.

if you wire from the battery, as your post states, the led's will run any time the key is off.. not good. better to wire from key-switched power instead.

I do not have a shop I can get into at this time so it will take time/weather to get it together.

If we get warm weather it is something to consider.
