warning lites and buzzer

I have a pretty new LB-75 NewHolland backhoe and the lites and warning buzzer come on and off(when you get on a hill or rev the motor- the lite and buzzer flicker on and off-its the transmission oil lite)one thing is that the breather cap on the oil tank is not breathing-could this be the problem?if so how do you unclog the stopped up top?
