Tractors aren't designed to take on dates--They're made to work. Diesel engines were designed to work and generally at its peak power curve. That translates to PTO speed. If you're not running the engine at that speed, you're driving your tractor to a quick death.

My old kioti has rpm range for pto on the gauge if i dont have it in that range my oil pressure light comes on also if im using my pipe/cable burying attatchment,no pto,it will come on if i dont have the rpm's up and if idling when i get off i always,always raise the rpms or it will tend to get hot with the oil light on,maybe just my situation

Low oil pressure lights are not good. You say "old Kioti" but you don't say HOW old or how many hours. Low oil pressure can be caused by many things, low oil quantity, blocked oil channels, worn rod bearings, weak oil pump. etc.
It is NOT NORMAL to see this warning, have it looked at before you have to buy a new engine.
