Well I have the answer for people like the OP........An air cooled engine, I don't thing anybody, anywhere ever built one!:thumbsup:

I am not sure but think Deutz did. Worked for Grove Crane company and we used them. Was a very quite engine compared to the Detroit, Cat or even the Cummings. Torque was lower by far than any of them. DuPont bought them for cranes used inside.
So I read the quoted post and did my post only to find a few others had made the point. Sorry.
