Have a 09 m7040 bought with 42 hours on it. Have a internal hyduralic leak is this covered with warranty? I'm sure warranty is transferable. What is the bumper to bumper warranty on this tractor
Thanks john

You should be covered, but how do you know there is an internal leak?

Why? They told me to unhook mower
If wings fell down that means it's the mower. Since they stayed up he said it was a leak inside. I don't know alot about this but I'm sure if you lift the wings up they should stay there

If the wings stay up when unhooked yes then it's on the tractor, but not in the tractor. It's the rear remote valve leaking by. They well leak down over time. Kubota remote valves aren't the best thing around, I think they need to hold a little better then they do. If that is what it is, a new valve might not fix it. Yes warranty should cover it. If you have more then one remote try putting into another set and see if it stays up better.
I don't know how you are going to unhook it with a load on it without a shut off valve. Be safe!!!!!

I did try other remote, same thing slowly went down. I did get hoses off and took to dealer. Thanks

You probably won't be able to have the dealer "fix" it. There is about a 99.999% chance they will say that the leak down rate (in the valve -- not the tractor) is within specs. Typical dealer response.

But, you know about squeaky wheels and all. I personally would want it fixed and would raise a rash about the quality of the expensive valve.
