Watcha eating?

My daughter when younger whould eat mayo sandwiches... nothing else two slices of bread covered with mayo. During my middle east days cukecumber sandwiches with mayo was a common lite meal... not bad, but your hungry an hour later!

If you want a real treat, try baking Mahi Mahi slathered liberally with a 2:1 mix of mayo and Dijon mustard. Use about a quarter cup per filet. Serve over rice. Delicious.

- P-nut butter, banana, mayo
- P-nut butter, rasions, mayo
- Cream cheese and green olives

I like bananas, mayo and bread but have never before this moment ever heard of that threesome together. Sounds weird. I prefer to substitute crunchy peanut butter for the mayo but I will, someday, give the mayo banana sandwich a try.

Personally I don't care too much for Dolphin (Mahi Mahi , not flipper)...but you might also like it with Italian dressing in place of the mayo and mustard...

FWIW....my favorite fishes (random order) all must be fresh never frozen...

Grouper (prefer Gag often called "black" grouper)
Wahoo
Yellow tail snapper
Hog nose snapper
Southern Flounder
Scamp (a grouper)
Snook

I haven't had Snook but I love the various snappers and grouper. Not a big fan of swordfish for some reason but I like fresh tuna and my favorite is Sea Bass. Very happy that Sea Bass has made a comeback in New England. Oh yeah, I love properly prepared fresh Bluefish too and all sorts of interesting smoked bluefish.

Mayo and mustard are not mutually exclusive, I often have both on a burger, he combined flavor is great!

I should have included Sea Bass on my list...it's excellent, light and delicate...

in my experience Bluefish is best smoked, it starts to go bad very quickly (very oily like the Mackerels) Swordfish is overrated IMO...

About the only fish I will eat that's been frozen is Halibut...
