Hello from pa. I have a International 500c. I've had it over hauled, engine and tranny it runs great now. I am currently having issues with the clutch brake assemblies. I have had them rebuilt twice in the past with no luck. I have the shop manuals for it. I see in the books that they call for special tools for setting up the clutch , clutch service tool FES-50, I do not have or have access to this tool. Can a good repair be done with out it? In the past I don't think anybody that did the repair had it and that may be my problem. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks to all who has read this and looking forward to any reply.
