We Sure Could Use A Little Good News Today

My wife had her mid-term ultrasound down a few days ago.....the baby is looking good and we will be blessed with our 3rd child in October. We will be having a little girl. So now I will have 2 little girls and a boy......what more could a dad ask for. My little girl is so sweet and my little boy is so rotten just the way it should be. Maybe the new one will be a liitle of both!!!!

I got good news..... the doctor expects me to live to at least June 25.... that is when they scheduled my next appointment. Every day that you wake up and don't immediately smell flowers and hear soft music, is a good day. I just found out that the corporation that has been trying to sell over 500 acres of land along the highway that my place is on has finally removed their restrictions for developement.

Currently there is one gas station at the corner of the highway and the Interstate, then my place. The rest is all jungle.

There's a list of potential buyers who include a golf course, a sporting complex and several resturants. The land has water and access to a sewer plant.

This is the last area in the county that hasn't been touched. I got my land for a great price and when some other developers come in to the area, my property values should increase dramaticly, along with more things for my clients to do when the RV Park opens.

Exiting times!!!!
