Anyone have any ideas on where to purchase or how to make a weather enclosure that could be built by incorporating an exsisting canopy?A removable type, something that would look good?

Not meaning to be funny, but what "weather" are you trying to "enclose"?

Shouldn't be that hard to make/have made a canvas/vinyl cover to snap onto your existing canopy. Using something such as 3/8's steel rod (or 1" sqare tubing?) for frame and door frames. The front windscreen panels would be the hardest to fabricate, but with a little tinkering, I would think doable. It seems the lower connecting points would be the most ticklish to figure out.

Polycarbonate (lexan) would make good windows. Be sure to wash them clean with a hose instead of wiping off mud so the don't scratch.

An upholstry shop could sew up the vinyl/material The cloth used for boat sail covers could work.

I have also thought about finding some very thick clear vinyl sheet and just let the vinyl's weight hold it down, or add metal at the bottom for a weight. Have you ever seen the clear vinyl stip doors that are used in refrigereted warehouses? They drive fork lifts right through them without opening them. Another place I have seen material is the clear green vinly sheets that fabrication shops put around welding booth areas.

Hillbilly,
Have you seen this heater cab that TSC sells? If they have it to fit the 4400, looks like it wouldn't leave much space between it and a canopy and not sure you could make up anything yourself for $165.99
