Pacific Washington, 38 deg F, slight overcast, no wind, no snow. Maybe I can see the eclipse today. It's supposed to be a 38% eclipse in this area.

winchill here -1 this morning. More freezing rain coming in from Texas. Bird> Break out the "blizzard bloomers". Piled a lot of firewood on the car port so I'm readt for it. Great smells coming from Margies' kitchen this morning!! jim

Happy holidays to all! It's a brisk 8F with a wind chill of -15F and snowing. Kids are still playing with thier xmas gifts and the wife is making the xmas supper early. We are forgoing the skiing this afternoon due to windchill, kids will have to wait untill it warms up a bit. Have a save and happy holiday.

It's a slightly overcast afternoon here; it's 51 right now and the suns peeking in. We had a scatter of snow two years ago, but nothing this time around.

7:30 am -6 degrees F. Sun starting to come up. 2' of Snow. No new Snow since Saturdays 3". Finally thawed out enough this afternoon to type on Computer. Warmed up to 8 degrees F. Sun shinning all day except during the partial eclipse. Great day to stay by the fire and enjoy the season.

Central Texas has held pretty steady; 34 to 38 all day and a light, but steady rain all day, with a freeze forecast for tonight and freezing rain tomorrow. Looks like the roads might be bad the next couple of days. We sure didn't have to worry about seeing the eclipse./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
