CDo any of you have this? Is it a gimmick or does it work?

I suspect those wire brushes will get gummed up and full of matted grass pretty quick. And it would take a pretty hefty machine to run that heavy cutter head. But might be great for polishing concrete surfaces? I'll watch and see if you get any actual reviews.

^every time I run the knot wire brush on the grinder, I have to pick the wires out of my clothes and skin later. Will never operate without a face shield.

I've used those for rust removal with an angle grinder. Like mentioned, lots of little wires. Just a little better than a flap disc.
I agree with the "gumming up" comment.

I think it would be hard on the drive head of my trimmer and the drive cable/shaft. And I agree that it will get full of wet grass and mud, plus it might make the end of the trimmer shaft heavier and be harder on ya to use for any length of time.

Even if it didn't gum up and such, the wire would eventually wear down and need replacement. I'm sure they will sell some.

I have one of those attachments for my angle grinder. They throw needles like crazy and have to pick needles out of my clothes after. Wear a full face shield with lexan.

Good at cleaning rust/paint off of metal parts.

I wouldn't walk barefoot or use pneumatic tires anywhere within a 60 foot radius of anywhere you used that attachment.
