Sedges have edges: up and down the main spine of the plant.

Cowboy Corgi. Half Corgi and half Blue Heeler. A little over 2 years old now and has been a great dog. He's is constantly by my side anywhere I go around the property. And I don't know how he hears me take the keys to the Mule out of the drawer, but he does.

My Lab (Pearly) doesn't have ESP, but she recognizes the key ring for my RTV when she sees it.

It is not a nutsedge. Looking at the roots, they are rhizomes and are not 'nuts'. NUTsedge would have a nut for roots.
It looks like bahiagrass to me which is in the paspalum family. Or there are many grasses in the paspalum family. Pretty sure it's one of those.
