Weird problem

I have a 545C in relatively good condition. Everything works great on it, except for 8th gear. At low RPMs, 8th gear will work, but as rpms go up, eventually the tractor will slow down. Torque converter lockup will also pop out as rpm's climb.

Any ideas?
