Well in typical Alberta fashion, spring has dealt us a hard blow. We've lived the last 24+ hours under a heavy snowfall warning. It was pretty dry and brown a week ago with most of the snow melted. But that was back when it was winter. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Now it is spring and I had the chance to put the rear blade BACK on the tractor and plow the driveway again. I guess I was too optimistic and took it off too early /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif We've had about 15 cm of snow last night through to this evening. More on the way tonight. It's a winter wonderland.

I too was thinking of removing my rear blade but decided to wait and glad I did. Today the weather man said 3"-6"+ of snow on Thursday. Happy Spring /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif. Gerard

It's High Country Mogal time in Jasper, Lake louise and banff. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Went out to the "Farm" several days ago. Spent all day clearing two feet of snow on the access road of .5 Kilometers and only got 3/4 done. Here in Town the snow has gone but it is still cold out.

Egon,

Yes, Sunshine, Louise and Marmot have all extended their seasons. It was looking bleak for them a couple of weeks ago, but they are skiing in powder now!

My sympathy to all you northern TBNers. I was in Mass. week before last. It snowed and the temp dropped as low as 11. Went back home to TX, temps in the 70s-80s and planted in my garden. Now I am in Wisconsin. Snow last Fri/Sat with temps hanging around freezing and more snow forcast for tomorrow. Hopefully back home Sat. I would box up some warm air and send it to you if I could.

Now. I expect some sympathy from y'all come July and August when we have temps 100+ and heat index 110+ and you have temps in the 80s. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Thanks, but we already have enough hot air in the Northeast part of the country without your sending some Texas style hot air our way!!!! I can clearly remember Lyndon, and everyone probably remembers Michael and John...... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Spring is finally begining here now. Maybe 60 next week!!!

For those that don't know, I am a fulltime college student (34 yr old) right now.

Imagine... Spring time on a college campus. The short-shorts are begining to bloom already.
