weld 3 pt frame to spring tooth harrow -- worth it?

Heck, welding a 3pt drawbar on, plus a couple pieces of 1/4" flat tabs drilled thru as ears for a toplink.

I'm seeing??30$ and some electricity, some welding electrodes, and a couple minutes of chopsaw n torch, or just torch n angle grinder.

I've done what you want a couple of times and it's no big deal. Personally, save the $$, buy a welder, have someone else cut the metal and do it yourself. Even cra*py welds will hold and you can learn what it takes. Home made 3pt things from old drawn equipment works real well.
