Looks like about 1200 to me.

I'll bet that is in Russia. Those are nice shoes, but I think they are riveted, not welded.

It's stainless and like most artwork, is probably Tigged so, I'd estimate it'a a labor of love and untold hours.

I see the arch over the entrance doot is of the same motif...
