I got a little chuckle out of that- the JD 318 is highly noted as one of the most rugged garden tractors ever produced, well up to the tasks of a Johnny Bucket.

I'd really like to have this if someone would please get it for me as a belated birthday present

I helped John Scheele (of Johnny Buckets) design and fit the hitches for the first Simplicity model (Sovereign) that he made, and ended up with the first production model. I also helped him prototype his Johnny Bucket rear weight box setup.

He's a first-class guy, and his products are very, very high quality -- cut with a plasma cutter and powder-coated after welding. Great stuff!
